I've been a regular customer for a while at this location.
I loved my instructor (Jen) but she kept on canceling on me. And i mean 75% of time! Its an hour away from where i live and she has wasted my day on at least 15 occasions in the past 2 months until i finally gave up and chucked this place.

Just to be clear, i canceled once and GOT CHARGED the full amount.
She canceled over 15 times WHILE I WAS ON THE WAY THERE! Once she didnt even cancel on me - just had the door locked and didn't respond until 2 hours later when i was back home already..

The most unprofessional trainer ive dealt with in my life!
