I scheduled an appointment online for my dog over the weekend while they were closed. A couple days later received a confirmation email for my appointment. When I arrived they had no record of the appointment an was told they didn't have another appointment for 5 days. When I showed the confirmation email and asked to see the Vet, I was sent the office manager who refused to acknowledge an issue, refused to make it right, and was very apathetic about the whole situation. Does she also play vet with the animals? If you are apathetic about the care for a pet, then this is the place for you.
