Bought a bedroom set from them and the frame has broken for the second time now they are giving me a run giving me a warranty number that will probably have me on a long wait time like the Value city in Woodbridge, Va I will NEVER buy a bedroom set from them again buyer be ware cheap furniture....

Value city in woodbridge is the worst store..... my family and I always buy furniture from there but two last bedroom sets we have bought have had damages. I went yesterday to customer service and the guy who helped me did not do anything rigth, he did not put any label what to fix to the wooden piece damaged and when I got to the store today the pieces damaged were lost...

What a great group, they all went out of there way to help with my special situation. This store is spot on.
