been tryijg to make an apt for weeks, literally weeks. left msg's on their voice mail, tried through the internet, called & called & called. i've been on hold for probably over a week already. i was on hold for 12 minutes before someone picked up the phone... to hang up on me. maybe the doctors are good but frankly who would know since reception sucks.

I bring my kids here for routine checks. My daughter was going away to college and I thought I could get her in before she left. When I called, they were booking into October!! The person that I spoke, who was very nice, searched and searched to see if we could squeezer her in. Since she is a contact lens wearer, I was in a bind. Luckily she was able to fit her in before she left for college and Dr. Colletti saw her. The wait was minimal and the doctor and staff were fantastic! Keep up the good work!
