I booked an appointment online and got a confirmation email, two days later (the night before their appointment 7pm, so I had no time to try and schedule with another company) cleaning squared text me saying "I'm sorry we are completely booked this day and the next available appointment is in 7 days." I immediately called them telling them this cannot be, when I booked my appointment there was another time slot still open, so I definitely was not the last person to book an appointment that day, AND sent her a screenshot of my appointment confirmed email, the lady on the phone said she would try to work something out and give me a call right back.... NEVER heard from them again, I called and left two voice mails the day of my appointment, and they NEVER returned my phone calls. The biggest inconvenience was that I needed the house cleaned that day because the next day a moving company were moving all of our things into a dirty house AND cleaning squared KNEW THIS and didn't give a crap!!!! Luckily I was able to get a cleaning company over last minute, I recommend 2 Local Gals Housekeeping, they went out of their way to take care of me AND actually called me back!!! DO NOT USE CLEANING SQUARED!!!!

Best experience I have ever had with a cleaning service! Hands down awesome!

It's so nice not having to worry about the small details, I do that at work. These girls do an a+ job time every time. I have them back whenever I entertain.

I was very pleased with my cleaning. It looked, smelt and above all felt clean!
