      We had a family member moved to Autumn Village after hearing first hand the excellent care a friend of ours had. We were very unhappy with the rehab facility we were at. From the moment our family member arrived there was such a welcoming caring atmosphere. In less than 48hrs we could see improvement and they were very much on top of all their medical needs. Our family member has been very ill for 4 months ,and this is the first time I truly feel that they are going to be alright because of the care they will recieve here.

      General Info
      The Autumn Village, a 150-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, is also a privately owned residence. The facility is located in Worcester, Mass., and is a multilevel facility that provides short- and long-term and respite care services. It functions under the regulation of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. The center specializes in physical, occupational and speech therapies; hospice care, psychiatry, dentistry, podiatry, audiology and optometry. Its rehabilitation department provides its services through registered and licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists. The facility s nursing department provides a variety of services, such as intravenous therapy, vascular, wound and pain management, Alzheimer's disease treatment and restorative nursing. The Autumn Village organizes a wide range of activities that include field trips, exercise classes, religious services, crafts, discussion groups and musical entertainments.
