This business came highly reccomended, and I figured I would use them to get rid of a rodent problem. I called them towards the end of October, left a message, and didn't get a call back until mid November. When I explained that I had gone with another company, I was given so much attitude it was ridiculous, like it was all my fault! I have never experienced customer service that bad. I would NOT recommend using this company.
