      I’ve had several visits to this hospital through the years along with my mother and father. All of us were treated very well, compassionate and in a very professional manner. I would have no problem telling others about our very nice hospital and the great care they give to their patients. The citizens of Yoakum are extremely fortunate.

      Established in 1922, Yoakum Community Hospital is a more than 20-bed, licensed community hospital providing various health care services to people of all ages. The hospital is Yoakum, Texas, and provides a wide range of services, including 24-hour emergency, surgery, physical therapy, radiology and laboratory services. It additionally provides specialty physician s clinics and medical and surgical units. It offers various surgical services, such as orthopedic, podiatry, urology, general surgery, gynecology, gastroenterology, and plastic and reconstructive surgeries. Its radiology department offers bone densitometry, CT scans, ultrasounds, magnetic resonance imaging, fluoroscopy, mammography, heart screenings and nuclear medicine examinations. The hospital also provides pain management and physical therapy services for patients suffering from amputations, arthritis, bells palsy, brain injuries, burns, stroke, Parkinson's disease and wounds.
