Richard is Amazing!! His grooming skills are like no other. His first interest is what's best for your animal. His ability to work and understand the animals is incredible. He does incredible work and I always get compliments on my dogs. If your looking for the BEST of the BEST call Richard. His grooming is the best around and his prices are so reasonable. He listens to what you are looking for not like other places and he has years and years of experience. If you don't go to Richard you are missing out on the best grooming your baby will ever have.

Richard of Professional Pet Grooming is a Magician! My Shih thus come out of his salon looking like little Gund stuffed animals ! Perfect and happy! Love him! I must, I come all the way from NJ because he is the only person I would ever let groom my prized possessions!

Best salon ever! Traveled all the way from the Bron to this groom salon only to be welcomed by the best Richard and the staff... they were so nice and respectful due to the bad conditions my dog was in... they didn't turn us away but assured that they will do the best they can... my dog was really matted and growled and barked and Richard and the staff won us all over... the salon was clean and the gromming stations are visible so u can see the dogs being groomed as you wait... best eperience for all!

Richard is amazing with my dog. I have seen him with other pets and customers. He is VERY Professional and VERY Reasonably priced. His shop is very comfortable and inviting to the dogs. The shop always smells good and he is always in a good mood. He is excellent. He has done wonders with those who bring their pets elsewhere.Once you bring your dog to Richard you will love his work. That has become obvious because he gets booked up quickly on the weekends. Love this groomer!

Fantastic job and cares about my dog getting used to him when I first brought him there. He was reasonably priced and did EXCELLENT job on my dog, Coopie!

Update:So I ended up waiting for the place to open and after the groomer finally showed up he apologized and made me feel comfortable, he did a great job with my dog's hair, I will return and I retract my previous review, I would recommend this business.

Do not go here ..... They shaved my cat and he needed stitches didn't even tell me... Very unprofessional they need to change their name
