Overall the hotel is very nice. Know this, do not trust the cleaning staff. I switched rooms during my stay and left a decent set if headphones by the tv. A few hours later when I asked the staff about them no one had seen them. I asked what the policy was when the cleaners found left behind items and was told they are to send to lost and found. There is obviously a problem.
