      I just want to take a minute and thank Tom McKee of Kottcamp Sheet Metal for his excellent customer service!! Kottcamp doesnt even deal in residential services in his business but I was calling sheet metal places looking for someone who could make me a filler piece of stainless steel for my oven insert after a local company who installed the appliance dropped the ball and did not follow through with finishing their job. I called Kottcamp and Mr. McKee answered the phone and he went above and beyond in helping me get a stainless steel piece. He made the piece himself and personally delivered it!! Unheard of in this day and age!! Prior to making and delivering the stainless steel he personally came out and measured and wanted to see what the best route would be for installing such a piece. I am very grateful to have found him and wanted to give a "shout out" for his OUTSTANDING customer service! Thanks again Tom!
