I avoid UPS if I can. It's a pain and the UPS store on Charlesway in York charges you to tape a box!!!! Really!?!?! 1.59 to put a strip of tape on?? That's ridiculous and downright rude when I am using their shipping service. Boooooo!!!!!

I overnight documents approximately 8-10 times a month via UPS using my clients account numbers. When I ask for an envelope you'd think I was asking for blood. They will give me one but I consistently get dirty looks and am told to get the envelopes from UPS directly but UPS doesn't give supplies to someone who doesn't have an account. I drive an extra 3-4 miles to go to the UPS store on Eastern Blvd. where I am treated as a valued customer.

I'm closer to another ups store, but I drive the extra miles to this particular one. I get fast and friendly service every time! I definitely recommend the St. Charles Way store! -S Michaels
