If your computer is in need of repair, just bring it in during our Shop Hours. No appointment is necessary. Normal repair time is 5 - 7 business days unless parts need to be ordered. Dan has great ability in identifying and solving a computer problem in a timely manner AND he will take the time to explain exactly what was wrong and the process he went through to fix it. He is forthright, honest and caring - Ideal characteristics in my world!

Dan does a great job with everything I have ever had him do over the span of about 6 years now. And, he gets things done promptly. His knowledge is wonderful and he CARES that the work gets done right!
My mom's computer stopped working. So I took it to Ralston's where they fixed it with a new hard drive and transferred all the old files over. Good work and a good price.

my sister had a virus and taken her computer to another repair man in the area and he totally wiped the system and she lost everything. Years of music and all her kids photo's. She still was having problems, took it to Ralstons Computer and not only did he correct the virus that they hadnt completely removed but got all her music AND pictures back and later that week got a call from their office girl making sure everything was running smooth. You dont get that kind of service anymore. Ive recommend them to many of my friends.

5 STAR SERVICEWarren County's Best Computer Repair Shop. My computer was fixed that week...NOT weeks later like other computer. I've gone other places and then have had to take it to Ralston's Computer to get it fixed right. They also do excellent recovery of lost files. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
