Cheaters!! Be careful with the rating, though the rating looks high, the number of people rated this shop is less. I fell for the same reason that they had a higher rating but ignored the number of people reviewed this shop.Do not go here if this is your first time. Very bad service and wrong diagnosis. My car AC was not working as the compressor broke, all I needed was a compressor replacement. They quoted me 500$ with a one year warranty on parts and labor. They did replace the compressor with a cheap refurbished part, which at that time they said was 350$ with a one year warranty, and as one would expect it broke as soon as the AC was turned on. They knew it broke but came with a new story that the AC evaporator core has gone bad and it's a bigger job and would cost me about 800$ to get that fixed. I was skeptical about this, went to a different repair shop and they said that there is nothing wrong with the evaporator core and the new compressor put in by One Stop Auto was a refurbished piece and is broken. They replaced the compressor and AC started working like a charm.I went back to One Stop Auto with the broken part and Carlo, the owner refused to pay me money back. I just wanted to pay me 150$ which is the actual price of the compressor he put in, which he told was 350$ when I first went to them. Finally ended up getting 250$ back from them but lost 250$ and had suffered with out AC for a longer duration because of their false claims.

My husband and I are looking to buy a used car. He drives by this place 4 times a day on his way to work, home for lunch, back to work and home again. We drove by and so the We Are Open Sign and pulled in. My husband had been eyeing an SUV that could tow his boat. He walked over and checked it out while I waited in our van. Out of nowhere a car came screeching into the parking lot and stopped shot before T-boning me. A guy jumped out of the car and ran around to my husband who was looking inside the truck, which was open. The man started yelling and swearing and threatening my husband and even asked him if he took anything. My husband said no I was just looking. He got in the car and the man started swearing at me and threatening me. As it turns out the sign was left out and they were closed for business. We had no idea. It's not our fault the sign was left out and the door was left open. The guy was a mental case. We would never give him our business now.

I bought a car from one stop auto and found out 5 days later the engine add a blown head gasket and a bad tie rod. They refused to fix it or refund my money.Word of advice don't buy a car from them.

I bought a vehicle at One Stop Auto in Braintree, MA. Bought this vehicle for $4500, drove it for 3 months and it started leaking antifreeze! I then tried to fix the issue with a stop leak as a temporary fix (bandaid) and plugs and wires. Mind you this is with having two children under 3 in the truck. Spoke with them to see if they could do anything to help us out as we do not have 4500 to spend twice and we were told it was a 30 day warranty. Basically in my opinion 30days their stop leak was held for. Buyer beware!!

i bought a used car from ONE STOP and have had it for almost 2 years now -any problems i have had have been serviced quickly and professionally -looking to buy my next car and a car for my daughter --- price is right and people good to deal with and fair -thanks guys
