I went to buy a matress since they have 50% off and I got the wrong matress sent to my house. I went up there numerous times and they have me on a circus act for weeks now. The funny thing is that they know I didn't buy the matress I got I wanted a pillow top and I got a firm matress. Now I can't sleep well and I wake up at 4 am to go to work. This store gets a 0 in my book. Also I over heard that the same issue has been happening lately so it's not just me. Don't buy anything from this store even if it's 50% off remember if it's too good to be true then ....

IMHO Their online rep is not reality. I just moved to the area and got sick of eating my dinner off TV trays, so I perused their website. Found a really big selection at the same, if not less, price as other stores and they are close to me, so I wandered in. The showroom doesn't have a lot of the fancier furniture from online, but I found the set that I wanted. The manager was really sweet and gave me an $100 off coupon for a sales event that wasn't advertised online. I'm repaying the favor for the savings with this shout out. Delivery was scheduled in about a week and I had no issues. Give this place a fair chance!

Please, stay way from this store. They are irresponsible, liers and incompetent. I bought a dinning room set as well as ordered a serving table. They told me it would take between 4-6 weeks for the delivery. Eventhough, it was longtime i agreed, thinking that as many other store i was going to receive the furniture within reasonable time. A week before i made this purchase in this store i spend 7000.00 at Bernie furniture and the only reason i purchase the rest of the furniture was they did not have anything i like at Bernie'. What a big mistake. Whatever u paylless at the end cost more. Almost 2 months later i still dont have the furniture. I learn my lesson. I try talking to every possible person explaining them the least they can do for me is to deliver the dininig table and later when the other pieces arrive they coud deliver it. Guess what? they don't want to pay for "2 differnt" deliveries. This is joke. Drive by but do not dare to enter this junk

My home looks as if it is one of Logan Furniture showcases. I have only shopped at the Dorchester location for several years{between 8-10}. I recently went to purchase a bed. I was informed by the manager that it was a platform bed. Wow! I have been interested in one. I asked if it was the kind that only needs the mattress w/o a boxspring. I was told yes. Proceeded to ask questions re: price, delivery date,etc.Purchase. Bed was not delivered on date of promise {not a huge deal} Delivery guys ask where is my boxspring? I tossed it, was told the bed didn't call for one. Yes it does. Called the salesperson and was told that I should have lifted mattresses in the store to see for myself. Called his supervisor and was told that he would take care of the situation and return a call to me. That was almost two months ago and after several attempts to reach him while leaving messages. I love the furniture but with service like that I will find another company in need of my money.
