We are a fully licensed and insured heating contractor in the state of Massachusetts. We can service or replace your oil or gas heating system for less than you might expect. We have the experience and the equipment needed for any heating system.We do annual tune-ups, oil burner clean outs. no heat calls, oil tank replacements and installations of top of the line gas and oil boilers, gas and oil furnaces and heating equipment.       Do not waste your time with this company. I asked for an estimate to replace an old furnace. The guy came and promised a few estimates for different options within a few days. I waited a week and then wasted my time calling them again. The lady who answered was beyond rude and ignorant and claimed he would call me back before hanging up. Needless to say he never did bother to return my call. I called again a week later, got the same rude ignorant lady again, who very obviously does not know the meaning of good customer service. This time she hung up on me as I started to speak. Obviously these people do not need or want any new clients or business. I wasted almost a month, with no heat this past winter dealing with this company and got nowhere. Folks, do yourself a huge favor and don't waste your time with these people, like I did. Skip this one and get a company that actually has decent customer service and appreciates their customers.
