Bought my dog 3 years ago this Christmas. He died at the age of 3.5 and the family is devastated. Called the owner and said I could get 50% of what I paid back if I had a difinitive answer from the vet and if it was before the dog turned 3. Guess I'm out of luck. Poor dog.

Bought a pup and it died at age 4 for unknown causes. Bought another pup and brought him back for uncontrolled vomiting. The dog was starving and his ribs were showing. I found out after investigating the breeders that they claim al there puppys come from are actually a puppy mill in MO. My rotweiler ended up being a rotweiler/lab mix even though it was sold as a purebred with there fake papers of the blood line that they give everyone. The bloodline when trying to trace it back can not be traced. I found out from a friend who had worked there that they have to under feed the pups to keep them small. They also have to pretend there inlove with the dog even gather to wave good bye. This is all a fake show. The owner is money hungry and you can call one day from the next the price of the pups will be different depending on who you talk to and what day. The dogs are sick and they lie about them being seen by a Dr after they are returned. They scribble so you cant read the date on the paper. The dogs are NOT walked and sit until adopted. They get NO exercise despite what they tell you. These dogs are abused. There website is updated up to the minute you adopt. They need to push more dogs out as fast as they can to cover the high cost of rent. The manager said he sells 20 dogs per week in one location...thats 60 pups per month at around $2,000 is $120k per month...these pups are too profitable! Then they have 3 locations so thats about $300k per month give or take because some pups are closer to $1000 if they dont sell they drop the price so they can push more pups through! The owner is a pure Jerk and only cares about his profit. Actually theres 3 owners 2 brothers and a sister. All care only about there profit not the poor animals crying in the puppy mill they get there pups from. These people should be locked up!

this was the greatest experience. after being treated like @!#$?*&^ at our local animal shelter we ask around and found out alot of our neighbors got there puppies from Pet Express which I thought was strange cause we live in Rhode Island. but after going there we now no why, this is no regular pet store that you are used to seeing, this is what pet stores should try to be like. Our new puppy is doing great, for all you haters and so call "experts" get real .....for some people shelters are not a good fit for our family it was all about Pet Express we recomend this place to anyone that is looking for a great puppy. all animals no matter where you go may need vet care. do your homework people(WE DID)..
