We called and asked for estimates from 4 other plumbers and felt that we were getting the run-around. We also felt that after researching for a few weeks and checking lots of prices,we were getting overblown estimates. One plumber practically doubled a price on the furnace. Shalin came within 2 days after the call, looked at the job and gave us an estimate in a timely fashion. The price was very reasonable. The estimate was itemized. If we had a question about a product he would send us an email with a link to the product. The job was done during a holiday weekend. When the work was done,the job site was left clean. There was no busy chatter, no radio blasting, no smoking. Shalin did up all the permits as well. We were very happy with the job.
