      Impressive Customer Service/Phone Consultation

      I was searching Panasonic website for technical support and repair suggestions from panasonic. Com all day even when I called this suggested servicer no one ever got back to me finally after five I googled it came up with Tony Max Tv something told me to call and sure enough he was leaving the shop and as I begin to explain my problem and describe my product he knew instantly what I was talking about and gave me sound honest sincere advisement I am very impressed with you over the phone consultation and the information I was given and the fact of the newest product even though it's an older model thanks a lot and I look forward to doing continued business with you if you have any TV problems I suggest you give him a call

      One call to Tony and he diagnosed my problem over the phone, scheduled a home visit that night, brought the right parts, made the repair on site and charged the quoted price - which I thought was fair. He was courteous and knowledgeable and showed up in the hour window he said. And, of course, the TV works like new! Great job.
