I Adilson DeOliveira 38 Hichborn St Revere MA went to alpha dental because my front tooth had chiped. They told me there would be a process of a couple of appointments and paperwork to file out.I did everything they said.The receptionist told me that the cost would be cover by my insurance.They made a huge mistake by sending me check to my house. After going to the visit my tooth started hurting more to the point I felt uncomfortable seeing no result. I would ask the receptionist question seem like she didn't know what she was talking about as i stress my pain.I just felt so uncomfortable so i just stop going poor customer service and very unproffesional. I just went elsewhere where all my questions were answer and I felt comfortable.I started repairing my credit and realized they charged me $2,083 for unfinished job. I got my lawyer involved and they did adjust the price to $1,788. However there was orignial a $300 discount they gave to me that they took off.I'm still going to pay them in full for the service they did to me.Just dont make sense why they took the $300 off.They need to keep there word of $300.
