General Info

A treatment customized for you based on your intake and areas of concern; spend your 30, 60 or 90 minute treatment working on your problem area, or have a full body massage for 60 or 90 minutes. I offer a blend of trigger point, deep tissue swedish and therapeutic massage. By feeling the tone of the muscle in question, I then use the most appropriate application of massage. I also offer CranioSacral Therapy. I have trained through Upledger and I continually strive to deepen my practice through training under local Diplomats and Certified teachers. I am a teaching assistant for the Upledger Training Seminars. I have also taking Myofascial Release from John F Barnes. Visceral Manipulation from Jean Pierre Barral, Barral Institute.
