      BEWARE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! We used them for snow plowing a few times this year and I have never been so disappointed in a service. Not only do they do such a shoddy job that we consistently had to re-do it. The last time, all they did was go down one path on the driveway and plow everything up in front of the garage -- feet and feet of snow blocking us in. We had to completely re-do the whole thing ourselves with shovels and not only NO APOLOGY but they actually BLAMED US because they said we don't subscribe to their winter service plan and therefore we were somehow at fault because of this? To not apologize for terrible service, to then blame the customer, and to then actually have the nerve to charge for the whole thing?! STEER CLEAR - even if you are as desperate as we were to have our driveway cleared. It is not worth it.
