Problem description:
we ordered a triple pane window from phillips home solutions and the company agreed to keep our awnings as part of the deal. Well after the 3 day grace period to cancel, they contacted us to say the could not do this jib with the awnings, we advised them we did not want the window then, Jim Phillips, the owner called and said he would pursue the matter with thier lawyer if we did not take the window. well we took the window, had it installed . So now they came to inspect the work, or so we thought, it was another sales man who said they did such a great business with us and other customers that they would give us a huge deal on the other 2 windows we wanted done. We agreed to have financing done for 1 window and added another to our existing account with the credit that had established for us for previous work. after all paper work said done and signed. they said a person will be out within 3 days to re-inspect windows and remeasure to check then place an order. afte the 3 days were up and i made phone calls the day they were supposed to be there and 2 more days in a row, I get a call from phillips stating they no longer do business with the company we had established credit with and have financing through for the work to be done. Once again it is past the 3 day cancel mark and we are stuck with a windo that they said they co do and another they can not. That was not the agreement again.. they seem to have a nasty habit of waiting till the 3 day grace period is over and the ignoring customer until the customer gets worried or asnnoyed enough and spends 3-4 days or weeks trying to resolve.
Phillips answer all the time “ Wait till you hear from my Lawyer, “ Jim Phillips said he would work with us after I threatened to go to the BBB and Attorney General. He said on a Friday, I will take care of this and call you back Monday”. As of the Friday after , still no word. Jim Phillips is not a good business man at all. The way he handles his company and sales reps stinks. WE have no problem (so far) with the window and installation, just Jim and his bad attitude and practices sucks

They are always available to answer any of your questions. If they are not available , they always call within 24 hours. They check back with you annually to be sure of customer satisfaction and check to see if there are any issues that need to be addressed or if there is any information they feel you need to be made aware of..
