Years ago I brought my lawnmower to this store for regular tune up. They told me they will give me a call when it's done. I wait for quite a few months, never got their phone call. By the time I call them, they told me that they just change ownership, (may be is the son takes over the business), they don't have any record of my lawnmower and they will not be responsible for the previous owner's order.
