They are the only jeweler I use and I have to drive an hour to get there. They are very trustworthy and that gives me comfort when I make a purchase. They have made/designed pieces for my wife with no problems. I like to deal with Bob, he is the brains behind the operation and he will take his time to make sure you are getting what you want. They will always make exchanges or deals with you and give you a good price.

I recently had a great experience at Freedman Jewelers. I was mentioning to my friends that I needed to pick out a Valentine's day gift for my girlfriend. I really had no clue what to get. I didn't want to get chocolate because that is so typical. I didn't want to get her flowers because she has allergies… I think (she sneezes a lot). One of my buddies from Boston mentioned jewelry as a good option and he mentioned this jeweler his parents used up there. I live in New York so getting up to the store was never gonna happen. Anyways, I called up Freedman's and spoke to the owner, a guy named Steve who was extremely friendly. We went over the fact that I was in NY and couldnt get up to the store but he still extremely helpful. He mentioned some suggestions and then preceded to email me some pictures of items he suggested. After going through the options I called Steve back and told him I had decided to go with this great heart shaped necklace. Steve shipped it to me the next day and I will be ready to give it to my girlfriend this Saturday. I really appreciated the extra effort he made to help me out because of my circumstance and I definitely recommend Freedman's even if you do not live in the Boston area.
