I'm picky about lean meat. Efrain's uses only chicken breasts, so I love their chicken enchilada, even though I would class it as a wet burrito since it's wrapped with a flour tortilla instead of corn. Their chile verde is also great -- and spicy -- and I also like their fajitas, tostadas, and chile colorado dishes.
