I would definitely recommend Hurricane City for many reasons: 1. Bob is professional/detailed when it's helpful (thorough inventory list and pricing breakdown) but also personable and friendly. First phone call we talked through pricing, different products, shipping; everything I had questions on he answered right then. 2. He was prompt with his side of the work (first contact to delivery was two weeks), but also patient with my e-mailing and willing to go back and forth on the design until I was satisfied (he downloaded a new font I wanted to use). 3. His prices were cheaper even though another company had free shipping and 10% off (I think. The other companies' pricing was kind of confusing; but I did initially choose Hurricane City purely based on price.). 4. It was just better to work with a person so we could decide to do whatever made sense instead of going through organizational rules or anything. And Bob's a great person to work with. I would definitely recommend!
