the lady in charge is very rude, then when employees charge you for 3 months, she later says no she is taking out late fees, she has a high turn over of employees, some only lasting for a few days, cheaper to rent a box at the post office than to deal with a rude owner, the 1st 2 owners were ok, this lady needs some customer service training
