Fuji Yama is Fuji YUMMY- nuff said

The VERY BEST hands down!!!!!

This is probably one of the best sushi places around. Everyone is really friendly and the food is EXCELLENT!! The owners are there all the time and their two sons come up with unique rolls of their own and they are always very good! The sushi rolls are really big, so you get your $$ worth. Sometimes it can be a little slow when they are busy, but it's definitely worth the wait. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Just great sushi with no pretense. Sizeable portions, personal service from the owner/sushi chef (who will remember you every time you come back), and no trendy/obnoxious atmos to intimidate. I don't want to take my business anywhere else.

Kind of hard to find because it is in a Kroger shopping center, but it is worth the looking. This is ultimately the best sushi place I have ever been too. The ingredients are always fresh and the sushi is prepared to perfection. The service is friendly and efficient. It is one of those places where you can get to know the owner if you frequent it often. It's number 1 in my book.
