After I closed down my own business I sold a USED drill to the vice president of this company. He could not come up with the full amount of what I was asking so we signed a contract stating monthly payments would be made until the machine was paid off. Like any "loan" there were to be late fees if payments were not made on time. They had possession of the equipment for a month before the contract was even signed which would have given anyone time to know whether or not this machine was worth purchasing. After a few months payments stopped and so did communication. After 6 months I ended up having to hire a debt collector (which I have to pay for) to retrieve money I was owed. This company is refusing to honor their contract and will not even pay me the amount owed for the equipment they purchased and are no doubt using.
