General Info

In 1985, Alan Robbat & his good friend Ben Maganzini opened The Pearl Street Restaurant at the corner of Pearl & Charles Street and it became a huge success! We developed & earned our great reputation for our BBQ Steak Tips, BBQ Ribs, and our sumptuous Prime Rib Special on Friday and Saturday Nights. As the years progressed and we became the "Go-To" Place in Malden. We decided that we needed more space. After searching for an ideal venue, Alan and Ben fell in love with a converted Railroad Station at 53 Summer Street that featured all the charms they were looking for in the new home for Pearl Street Station Restaurant. Built in 1891, this former Malden Depot had the beautiful amenities and grandeur from a previous era and it held a wealth of history to build upon. Prior to our moving to this current location in May 1998, this was the popular Summerside Lodge Function Facility for well over 25 years. We are just minutes away from the Malden Center Train Station & Commuter Rail.In 1985, Alan Robbat & his good friend Ben Maganzini opened The Pearl Street Restaurant at the corner of Pearl & Charles Street and it became a huge success! A great place to go for beers and casual dining - the pulled pork sandwich is awesome - the hamburgers are great - and the ribs are lip-smacking good! A very friendly atmosphere with cozy feel - great big fireplace and friendly servers. Great for families or meeting your friends for a delightful night.
