The hotel is obviously dated, but it's maintained well. Otherwise quiet and comfortable. Can't beat the rate.

This hotel was very easy to get to and the Quality of Service that we received exceeded out expectations. The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hot breakfast was also very good and well laid out.

The hotel was reasonable priced. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was filling and tasty. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I will always check out this hotel first when I stay in the Memphis area. If I hadn't already made a non-refundable reservation (made befroe we stayed at the Comfort Inn) at the quality Inn in West Mephis for Feb 15, I would switch to the Comfort Inn.

Its awesome from the neatness of the rooms, to the hotel's environ; as well as the quality of the breakfast: great. The courtsiness of the staffs are wonderful, surely you'll need to be there to feel what i did experience myself.

The staff was very quick to place us in an upgraded room when our original one was not immediately available. Also, they were right on the money with directions and recommendations, both for restaurants and for attractions such as Beale Street.

Stayed here for 2 nights in October and the people on the desk could not have been more helpful. There is no lift in this hotel but the reception staff gave me a ground floor room when I told them of my heart condition, in fact we were given a suite. Very comfortable hotel, immaculately clean

We were very impressed with this hotel. The room was quite large and had a mini fridge, coffee pot, iron, ironing board, hair drier and microwave. The continental breakfast included hot waffles. The furniture and fabrics were upscale (granite counter tops in the bathroom) but showed a little bit of wear. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location felt relatively safe, and the parking lot was well lit. It was convieniently close to the highway but still quiet. I will definately be staying at the Comfort Inn on future trips to Memphis

We stopped at this Inn on both legs of our trip to Southern Illinois University's Homecoming. The rooms were great...roomy, clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive and helpful. The breakfast offering was outstanding. A little out of the way for downtown adventures, but worth the drive for the value and "comfort".

I have been coming to this Hotel for the past 4years and I can tell you that this is a wonderful hotel and the people here are very nice. over the past year the hotel has been updated in the rooms and the overall look of the hotel. if you want a place to stay at with a safe and clean this is the place. take my word for it, i only want to stay at the best.

This is a very quiet, pleasant hotel; I have to confess that due to us being in the area we were able to check out the hotel prior to booking our stay. We stopped off at the hotel, the person on the reception desk was very helpful and had no problem allowing us view one of the rooms. Following our viewing we immediately booked our stay. The Hotel has only two floors, our room was at the rear on the ground floor. The building is fully surrounded by the car park therefore we were able to park our car directly in front of our room window. All the rooms are equipped with Flat screen TV, Fridge, Micro wave, coffee maker and A/c. Free Internet wifi with a good connection speed is available in your room.
