HAD TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES TILL RECEIVING A CALL BACK. AFTER RECEIVING THE CALL BACK ASKED FOR A QUOTE. SALES PERSON SAID WOULD GO THE NEXT DAY TO MEASURE AND GET BACK TO ME THAT DAY. AFTER WAITING 2 DAYS I CALLED BACK TO SEE IF THEY HAD A PRICE FOR ME. THE GENTLEMEN THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE ARRAGENTLY SAID I AM TO BUSY NOW TO GO FIND YOUR QUOTE. NOTHING LIKE I AM SORRY WE ARE BUSY BUT I WILL GET BACK TO YOU AS SOON AS I FINISH WHAT I AM DOING. I HAVE NOW WAITED 4 DAYS AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK YET. IF THIS IS THE KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY OFFER, I AM NOT INTERESTED IN USING THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE TO INDEPENDENT AND I'M SURE THEIR SERVICE WILL BE THE SAME.

I also called twice and left messages and no one called back. Two issues with this. if you want my business, hire someone to answer the phones and return phone calls. If I do hire them, and I have a problem, how do i get in touch with them and will they call me back?

I have no problem with there work. the fence was done very nice. but there service and getting back to you is horrible, they have email but never check or answer it. they do not call you back . you actually have to go there to get someone and hope they are in. they need to work or customer service.

I have used them several times and have always been happy with their work.
