I do love that chicken at Popeyes however, this particular location gives a bad name to the entire brand. I have frequented the drive through and in my endeavors have been subjected to the following: being incessantly interrupted while attempting to place my order, being told to pull around and forgotten about... 3 separate times, not receiving my entire order but charged for it, given incredibly over cooked chicken that resembled a greasy sort of breaded chicken jerky, told to pull around to wait on fries but receiving cold, hard, and old fries. Maybe this sort of substandard service is common amongst fast food chains. Popeyes of Pearland, TX, you force me to rethink all of my nutritional decisions.
