Provided by YP.comMade it look like they were attempting to be helpful to fix my problem. Appeared friendly and helpful. My phone would not turn on. The first person "plugged it in to diagnose the problem." When this did not work, he brought it over to a second person and plugged it in to his computer to "see if iTunes could diagnose the problem." When that didn't work he brought it to the third person who said there was nothing they could do. Then person number one started talking about my upgrade options. Lucky for me I was in no position to make a decision. I decided to see if the Apple store had other options. I made an appointment for the next day. But, I made one more attempt myself to fix it. I plugged it to my own computer, iTunes did a software and firmware update, ALL IS RESTORED AND WORKING FINE!
If this were the end of the story, I would just say the men were uninformed or inexperienced. But, once my phone was functioning, I got an email stating that, during the time my phone was supposedly off and not working and I was STANDING IN THE PORT JEFF STATION VERIZON WIRELESS STORE, someone used my iTunes account to log in to FaceTime!!! I immediately changed my password, but am REALLY worried now that they stole my information. DO NOT GO HERE WITH YOUR PHONE! Yes, they are not crowded - I should have taken that as a sign that they are also not professional!

A disgrace to the local town business community! Extremely unprofessional, very poor interpersonal and communication skills, paired with poor knowledge and ability to resolve problems that they created! Make multiple errors with transactions and purchases! Extremely deceitful; withhold information about contracts and refuse to rectify issues. Refuse to provide with their full names and manager contact information. Hang up phones on customers and avoid getting back to customers for ongoing problems they created on accounts. Irresponsible, all they care is about commission, with no regard to the customer! Engage in illegal activity to earn commission on the expense of the customer! I would never go back nor recommend for anyone in the area to deal with this store, specifically with Frank and Kumar who is supposedly the store manager but has zero knowledge and does not make an effort to help. He is not a manager in my opinion but a rude and unfit worker who should not be dealing with cust

Provided by YP.comExtremely unprofessional; deceitful, rude, not helpful, zero knowledge! Very poor interpersonal and communication skills, unethical treatment of customers! Make multiple mistakes with plan set-up and transactions! Unwilling to fix their mistakes, withhold information such as their full names when asked by customer and hang up the phone on customers! I would never deal or purchase anything from them! A disgrace to the town's business community!
