Overpaid for tickets, and didn't even get them. If you deal with these crooks,or their buddie Seat Geeks- guess what you are.

I was shipped tickets that do not have my name on it and paid over 300 a ticket and the ticket clearly says it only cost 54!!!! They overpriced me and when I contacted them about the name I was threatened and told that they know where I live, have my phone #, CC #, and where I will be sitting at the time of my event!!! BBB rates them as an F. DO NOT USE OR BUY!!!!!!!!!!

Please don't swear at me.You were charged what you agreed to pay for. Your insurance is not to cover "buyers remorse". You were shipped the tickets you ordered, for the amount you agreed to pay, and not one cent more.



I find it comical that you are swearing at a company who you have provided with your credit card information, home address and phone number, not to mention has provided you tickets to sit in a specific place at an event you want to attend. Choose your words wisely, all we have done is shipped you the tickets that you purchased, for the price that you agreed to pay.



We have lawyers on retainer, and don't deal with this type of situation from our customers.

do not buy from this dealer! He double charges on the ticket prices so if you don't know the price you get double charged! With the BBB He has a F! 3 complaints 2 un responded to..... When you call to inquire about the issue of being over charged he's very rude and makes un necessary comments!

They sent me my tickets fast! I received them the next day and they actually upgraded my seats by 20 rows!
