The owner Gary is a horrible person. He has a high temper and screams at customers. I have an issue with the work that was done and when I contacted him he 1st: denied it, 2nd: became super angry, 3rd: started yelling, 4th: would not talk about the actual issue! I, the customer, had to try and calm him down - that didn't work!

No matter what the problem is a business should NEVER treat a customer with such disrespect, rudeness, and such anger. I am absolutely appalled that an owner, no less, would act this way.

I was a longtime repeat customer (as was my whole family) - well forget that, we will never again use Waltham Flooring.

I have reviewed this company, but when i read another former customer's review. I have to say I agree with the service part of his review. They do not provide any customer service. Especially after they get their money.
