You do not get 5 stars from so many people unless it is true! Beth and Steve are the real deal! New England Gem Appraisals office is loaded with diplomas. You immediately know they are the consummate professionals in their field. Be sure to set up an appointment with them, an easy thing to do through their website. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry. Not needing to leave my jewelry with them was a huge bonus and relief. My jewelry never left my sight. They did the initial evaluation and photography during the appointment. My appraisal was mailed to me a few days later. It was a bound book, very different from the one-page jewelry store appraisals. During the appointment, they gave me all sorts of information about my diamonds, something one else ever did. I was finally able to see what my diamond really looked like! It?s an incredible experience that I never expected from "you need to get a new appraisal in order to get new insurance." I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
