Patrick and his crew did a outstanding job installing are heat pumps and furnace. They were prompt on arrival everyday and great with clean up. The job was completed on time as promised and everything is working great thanks for all your hard work!!

This is a great company. Tim and Matt were very professional. Service was fast and efficient. They even put booties on to com into the house! They spent all the time needed to explain the issues and discuss possible solutions. I never want to have a boiler issue, but if I do, I'll always use Rodenhiser.

Chris G and Joel C just completed a upstairs shower repair that included cutting a hole in the ceiling in the kitchen. They were very thoughtful about working in the food prep area. All the counter tops and floors were covered before they started and they wiped everything down when they left. The work on the shower looks great. The bath and the work area were also left neat and clean. It was a pleasure to work with both Chris and Joel. They explained everything they were going to do, as well as any options we may have had. Very good experience!

These people are always helpful and courteous on the phone, they call to confirm and their reps show up when they are scheduled to and are ready to go to work. My past experience with them has been with a broken central A/C unit in the height of summer and a badly leaking hot water heater in the middle of the work week and both were positive experiences. This recent service was for humidity control on central heat system. Tim was polite and explained everything clearly. I would use them again and am considering their coverage plan for all our utilities.

Our service technician, Daniel, was very professional. He showed up on time, and completed the work in less than the estimated time frame. He was able to explain what he was doing in a way that we could understand, and explained an adjustment he made to a switch on the furnace. (Vent was set to "On" instead of "Auto" ..."On" allowed cold air to draft down the vent into the furnace area. "Auto" only permits venting when the furnace is running/warming.). Don't normally provide customer feedback, because it's not typically noteworthy, but this is an exception.
