Our hot water heater went in the middle of the night. We had a very wet basement and no hot water. After we spent hours mopping and vacuuming the floor, I had to get a new hot water heater. After doing a little research on local plumbers, I called Rodenhiser.The lady on the phone seemed very knowledgeable and was very helpful.She assured me they would replace it the same day.I agreed to have them do the work. A couple of hours later Chris, a young plumber was at our door.He assessed the situation and gave my wife and I four different size, pricing options. We made the decision and Chris called it in. About an hour later Casey, associate plumber was here with the new hot water heater. They both worked to finish the installation.Chris and Casey were both very knowledgeable and extremely courteous.I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Chris and Casey

I recently received outstanding service from Rodenhiser. Lianne was phenomenal on the phone and could not have been more helpful . Shawn arrived at my home and quickly diagnosed and fixed our heating problem.I was really impressed and would definitely not hesitate to call them again.

Rodenhiser replaced our furnace for us. Technicians Ed Intinarelli and Rick Foran were very professional. It was raining and they placed drop cloths to protect our floors, explained exactly what they were going to do and roughly how long it would take. They completed the job as they described in the time frame they had mentioned. After removing the drop cloths the swept up behind themselves. A very clean, efficient, and friendly install. My boiler decided not to fire at 7pm on a Thursday. I decided not to use Rodenhiser's 24-hr emergency service as it wasn't freezing cold outside; simply left a voicemail. I got a call at 7am sharp on Friday and a technician was at my door at 8:50am! Chris was prompt, knowledgeable, and very courteous throughout the visit. He fixed the issue (low water, just needed refilling), checked my entire system & radiators, and gave me some info on a service plan. I sell homes for a living and will ABSOLUTELY recommend Rodenhiser (and Chris) to all of my clients going forward. Thanks Chris G.!

Chris arrived on time, introduced himself, and presented in a very professional manner. He was highly knowledgeable in his work, andanswering my questions, and in trouble shooting a couple of problems with my boiler and a plumbing issue. I am confident he will follow up as he stated. I have used Rodenhiser plumbing and heating for 15 years and will continue to do something confidence.
I have always received prompt, courteous and professional service from Rodenhiser. Recently, I had a new high efficiency furnace and hot water system installed. Rick Woods was the technician assigned to the job. This was not a usual installation. This old house and crawl space increased the degree of difficulty for the installation. Rick handled it without a problem and still managed to have a smile on his face. The installation was basically a customization job. I needed additional ducts and dryer venting (from crawlspace) I am extremely pleased with the job Rick did. He was punctual, took no breaks, removed the old equipment, and installed the new in 2 days. He took the time to explain all the features of the system. A true and talented, and hard working professional, that is a credit to the Rodenhiser company. Great Job, Rick. I would never hesitate to recommend your services!!! Thank You!! As always, Rodenhiser Plumbing, Heating & AC was able to solve my plumbing needs. I has a drain that was clogged and after using a total 1.5 gals of Liquid Plumr for totally blocked drains without success over 3 days I had the pleasure of technician Dan M. coming to the rescue. He arrived when scheduled, gave me a written estimate and explained what he was going to do. Within an hour everything was flowing nicely again. No more cleaning dishes in the bathroom sink. Excellent replacement of our ac system. Darin was a professional and organized project,manager. The other technicians (Corey, Peter, Brian, Patric) were very professional and worked hard to get our job done. Company was responsive to our needs as we had questions after installation. Dan returned to our home to assist with the final issues we needed to be completely satisfied. The only issue we had was that the office took so long to send us so rebate paperwork we almost missed the rebate opportunity. We had to call to remind them and then received our paperwork.

Tim (Technician) was prompt, polite and seemed extremely competent. It was a pleasure dealing with all of the Rodenhiser staff.
We needed to have 20 feet of old baseboard heating assemblies removed and new assemblies subsequently installed following our do-it-yourself installation of new wall panels. The company gets four (rather than five) stars only because there was a one-day delay in the scheduled re-installation job. Technician ED INTINARELLI gets a well-deserved five stars for his quality work on both the removal and the installation and for his attention to detail while working as well as while cleaning up afterward. Ed's friendly demeanor and confident, professional approach to the job gave this homeowner a good feeling that the job was being done right in every respect.
